DAY 5 As predicted, Day 5 started hot and the temperatures only continued to climb throughout the day reaching a high just under 100 degrees. DAY 3 Another beautiful day on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the low 60s. After 2 days of hard work, we are really hitting our stride with great work from all of the teams and great fellowship within our team and with our friends at CRYP. DAY 2 Our second day at CRYP began with a bright sunrise, a cool breeze out of the southeast, a warm cup of coffee and a plate full of biscuits and gravy. One of the highlights for everyone working with the SWAMP-IN Team each summer is organizing and sending groups of families and friends to Eagle Butte, South Dakota to work with our neighbors at the Cheyenne River Youth Project.
